When is Black Friday?
Black Friday is the day after American Thanksgiving, which falls on the fourth Thursday of November: that's why the date changes every year but always stays in the last week of the month. The calculator finds it for the year chosen in the menu and counts the whole days left, today excluded; the line with hours, minutes and seconds ends at the midnight that starts the Friday.

Cyber Monday and "Black Week"
Cyber Monday is the following Monday, three days after Black Friday, originally dedicated to online shopping. Many shops now stretch the deals over the whole week ("Black Week") or the entire month of November: the count above is for the official Friday, still the day with the most aggressive offers.
